		<description>Hey thanks, John, for mentioning that. I just tried what you said.. switching it to the &quot;movie&quot; icon and it actually *did* allow me to zoom in, but, as you said, only worked while I was not in &quot;record&quot; mode.   Ah well.  
I think the camera will still work okay for short clips and while I get accustomed to shooting.  Hopefully the price of digital video cams will continue to fall in the meantime, though. heheheh :)
